Erica Coe

Erica is global co-leader and co-founder of the McKinsey Health Institute (MHI), a non-profit generating institute within McKinsey & Company dedicated to adding years to life and life to years. She brings nearly 20 years’ experience across public, private, and social sectors, with a focus on a holistic approach to care, including brain health. Through MHI, Erica leads ongoing efforts to advance human health worldwide, convening leaders, advancing research, creating and promoting open-access data assets, and stimulating innovation. Her prior experience includes working for a boutique healthcare-strategy consultancy, time with Massachusetts General Hospital, and working with the Carter Center’s mental health program.

Erica has served on the board of the National Alliance on Mental Illness in New York City and is committed to inspiring people around the world to be better mental-health advocates.
